I’m glad you’re here. This litle corner of the internet is where I share the things I love-gardening, being outdoors, Florida life, simple country living, and cooking with cast iron.

Sunkissed is about getting outside, growing things, enjoying the sunshine, spending time near the water, and finding beauty in everyday life.

Seasoned is about good food, cast iron, recipes, outdoor cooking, and all the little things I’ve learned along the way.

I’m not here because I have everything figured out, I’m here because I’m still learning, still trying new things, and still finding reasons to enjoy the life I’m living.
